Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines are non-refundable. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable gases or liquids.

Other non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Some situations may qualify for a partial refund:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.


Delays or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as there may be a processing delay before your refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds often take some time to process.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@cassy-beauty.com.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
  • Depending on your location, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
  • If you are returning an item valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
